Calculations are based on the gross weight of individual parcels.

 

Before packaging

All goods are thoroughly examined before packaging to ensure they are sent in A1 condition.

 

Responsibility for lost or damaged parcels

Whilst we accept no responsibility for parcels lost or damaged, please notify us if your parcel doesnt arrive or arrives damaged.

 

Returns Policy

All returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund/return please email us within 3 days of receiving your goods at sales@qikazz.com.au. Products need to be returned to us within 7 days if your refund/return is accepted. Sale Items or End of Lines cannot be refunded or exchanged. (Postage and handling is NON refundable).
